Residents:

  • Name, email address, mobile number, apartment number, vehicle number (if any), and other optional details such as biography, interests, photographs, and payment details, etc.

  • We may also collect data about your interactions with the platform, such as attendance records for daily help or usage of common amenities.

Guests / Service Providers:

  • Name, phone number, flat to be visited, vehicle number, entry/exit time, identity proof, visit purpose, photograph (if applicable as per society rules), etc.

Additional Information:

  • We may collect information such as IP addresses, browser type, device information, operating system, and web pages visited to improve our service quality.

Information from Third Parties:

  • We may also receive data from third-party service providers, such as payment gateways or cloud service providers, to process payments and improve user experience.

  • Request Deletion of Information: If you wish to delete your data, you may do so by sending an email to support@myflatinfo.com, or you can delete your account directly by contacting your association. Please note that deletion requests may require approval from the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) and may take up to 30 days.


Sharing Your Information and Disclosures

We will not sell or trade your personal information. However, we may share your data in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers to facilitate services such as communication, payment processing, and cloud storage. These service providers are required to keep your data secure and confidential.

  • With Your RWA: The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) managing your society may have access to certain information for administrative or security purposes.

  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information to comply with legal requirements, to enforce our terms of service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MyFlatInfo, its users, or the public.


Your Information Security

We use robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Data Encryption: All data transmitted through the app is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.

  • Access Control: Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Welcome to MyFlatInfo, a service offered by Vishwa Technological Solutions Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the Company, governing your access to and use of our services, including the MyFlatInfo web application, mobile application, and any related platforms or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

The Company is not liable for:

  • Loss or corruption of data.

  • Unauthorized access resulting from User negligence.

  • Interruptions caused by third-party services or external factors beyond the Company’s control.

The total liability of the Company for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User to the Company in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Failure to remit payments.

  • Engagement in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Upon termination, Users must discontinue use of the Platform and delete all related software or content in their possession.

Changes to Terms and Services

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms or the features of the Platform at any time. Such changes will be communicated to Users through appropriate channels. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
