Cancellation Policy

MyFlatInfo aims to support its customers with a fair and transparent cancellation process.

Trial Period

  • No formal contract is required during the trial period.

  • You may discontinue using the software at any time during the trial without submitting a formal cancellation request.

  • No charges apply if the service is discontinued within the trial period.

Post-Subscription / Contract Period

  • Once a paid subscription or contract is activated, cancellation requests will be considered only if submitted in writing by an authorized person within 24 hours of accepting the contract.

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:

    • Payment has been successfully confirmed, and

    • Software licenses have been generated or implementation/activation has commenced.

Special Discounted Offers

  • Services purchased under special discounts, promotional pricing, or limited-time offers are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Service-Related Concerns

  • If you believe the service delivered is not as described or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of contract activation.

  • Our support team will review the concern and take an appropriate decision at its sole discretion.

Refund Policy

  • All purchases are covered under a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to compliance with this policy.

  • Refunds will be processed only after a valid cancellation request is approved as per the Cancellation Policy.

Refund Eligibility

If eligible, we will refund the amount paid at the time of subscription excluding:

  • Installation or setup charges

  • Hardware or third-party equipment charges

  • Taxes, duties, or government levies

  • Services already delivered in full (including installation and knowledge-base hosting services)

  • License number issued by Vishwa Technological Solutions Private Limited

  • (Optional) Reason for the refund request — your feedback helps us improve

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 21 working days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment, wherever applicable.
